The Shops @ Rockvale continues to grow with the opening of AutoZone, bringing a new automotive resource to the Route 30 corridor and the surrounding Lancaster County community.
Located in an approximately 8,500-square-foot space next to Sushi Heaven, the new AutoZone offers customers a convenient location for automotive replacement parts, accessories and maintenance products.
The newest addition to The Shops @ Rockvale is part of Fernmoor’s ongoing investment and transformation of the property into a vibrant mixed-use destination that brings together shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation and residential living.
AutoZone joins an expanding lineup of national retailers, local businesses and recreational destinations at Rockvale, including W.O.L.F. Fitness, The Cage Baseball and Softball Training Facility, Ezzy Eats Authentic Mexican Restaurant, The Back Nine Golf and Miniature Realms & Adventures, Uptown Cheapskate, Zest Cooking School just to name a few of the newer businesses to recently join The Shops at Rockvale.

Fernmoor’s approximately $100 million investment in The Shops @ Rockvale is helping transform the property while preserving its role as a popular Lancaster County destination. The redevelopment includes plans for approximately 480 new apartments, along with property improvements such as upgraded lighting, roof replacements and electric-vehicle charging stations.
The opening of AutoZone marks another milestone in the continued evolution of The Shops @ Rockvale, with more opportunities ahead for the growing Rockvale community.
AutoZone is now open at The Shops @ Rockvale, located along Route 30 in East Lampeter Township.
