Lewes, DE–February 18, 2020

Fernmoor Homes and Redner’s Markets announced today the lease signing and finalized plans for the opening of a new Redner’s Fresh Market to be located within Fernmoor’s Vineyards community in Lewes, Delaware.
Slated to open Spring 2021, the new store will focus on guest’s requests utilizing full-service departments such as bakery, deli, service meat & seafood, produce and chef prepared meal solutions. In addition to the service departments guests can shop over 45,000 items within the frozen, dairy, health & beauty aids/non-foods and grocery departments. Guests will also be able to take advantage of Redner’s Rewards to redeem on a fuel purchases at the Redner’s fuel kiosk to be located within the shopping center.
The Vineyards consists of luxury apartments, single-family homes, condominiums and carriage homes with the amenities of a first-class resort. Homes at Vineyards start from the low $200’s and current amenities include a dog park, bocce, horseshoes, Lake Harmony with fishing pier, a clubhouse with fitness center and terrace with fire pit. A second clubhouse with pool, lakeside beach, volleyball court and kayaks and pedal boats are planned.
